1.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at contact@coffeeshopsmenu.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

On the side note, a handling charge will be charge 6% of the product price will be charge as handling charge for item cancellation.

2.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is “not available” or not send to you by e-mail within 3 to 7 business days, kindly send us an email at contact@coffeeshopsmenu.com

3.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location.

4.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States, Australia and the International as mentioned.

5.) How long does the deliveries takes?

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that you will be issued a tracking number, the general shipping times are displayed in the table below:

*Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

6.) How do i know that my order has been shipped and it is on it way to me?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processing time, and when it’s ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your order shipped. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times.

Note: Receiving The first shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has send your package on it way to your home. Only when your order has bee sent by the carrier to your home, then a tracking number will be generated for your order and will be e-mailed to you by us in a second e-mail.

7.) I received a damaged product; what to do?

Have you receive a damaged item, We really apologize for this unexpected rare case. please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email thephoto to our Customer Care team (contact@coffeeshopsmenu.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
